It works by neutralizing the darkness (blue) that shows thru the very thin skin under the eye area. Its creamy texture is perfect and non-drying and can easily be layered until you reach the desired coverage. Can also be used on blue veins, bruising etc.
Apply with our vegan brush #15 and blend with fingertips using a light, pressing motion. Set with our MATTE FINISHING POWDER.
